About the job
We're seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our Linux-based infrastructure. The Systems Administrator / IT Operations Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, monitoring, security, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure. The role combines Linux system administration, virtualization, networking, databases, monitoring, security, automation, and operational support to ensure reliable, secure, and highly available services.
The position requires a proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently manage complex infrastructure while collaborating with development teams and external partners.

Professional skills
- Strong Linux system administration experience.5 / 5
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls5 / 5
- MySQL/MariaDB administration and replication.5 / 5
- Experience with ZFS and LXC/Incus (or similar virtualization/container technologies).4 / 5
- Infrastructure monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).5 / 5
