About the job
You will be within Flexion’s support team, which is part of Flexion’s wider service management team. The team covers two main areas – end-user customer care and B2B support. You’ll be interfacing with our game developer customers, distribution channel partners, end-users and internal stakeholders – continually pushing for timely and efficient issue resolution.
