About the job

You will be within Flexion’s support team, which is part of Flexion’s wider service management team. The team covers two main areas – end-user customer care and B2B support. You’ll be interfacing with our game developer customers, distribution channel partners, end-users and internal stakeholders – continually pushing for timely and efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities

1st and 2nd line end-user customer care
Game review/comments monitoring
Live service validation – continual live tests and checks (yes – playing games during office hours!)
Reporting and – preparing – or supporting the preparation of – relevant data
Proactively engaging with end-users through comments in order to resolve issues or concerns
