How we work
NowTech is the primary software and electronics R&D division of Sunrise Medical. Our focus is to provide people living with impacted mobility the most advanced technological tools. We follow agile development principles, use Slack for internal communication and Confluence and Jira for project documentation. Bitbucket is where we host our well maintained code bases.
What will you learn
Develop a responsive and robust iOS application framework for the next generation of Smart Power Wheelchairs and eMobility devices.
Tasks will include:
- Device Configuration
- OTA Firmware update
- Collection of large product telemetry datasets
- Implement first-class UX/UI Design
- Research and prototype solutions for difficult problems
- Developing in-house test applications for prototyping and productization
Ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is not afraid of sharing innovative ideas even out-of-the-box ones. You will have our full infrastructural support to make those ideas happen. We are looking for a great coder with strong problem solving skills, who is socially sensitive and understands the impact your work can have on the daily life of our users.
Advantage, if...
You have cross-platform experience, have built applications from scratch, you can voice your ideas and think outside usual boundaries.
