Ideal candidate
• 4+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer / Recruitment role.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Our teams want to achieve big things!
• High-energy, passion and team spirit.
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• A willingness to work in English.
Advantage, if...
• Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Previous experience in a tech / gaming company would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience recruiting talent from all over the world.
