Account Manager (Remote)

As our Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and care for existing users from Hungary and/or Romania. This is done by email marketing, telephone calls, or support online chat. Our app is B2B, so calls are made to find whether the company is within our target group, support sales activities with leads, and also helping existing users with using the application.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them with using our application.
  • Understand our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • You do email marketing, telephone calls and online chat support on a daily basis.
