About Atrium Consulting: we specialize in helping IT businesses achieve their goals by enabling their sales and technical staff through highly interactive training events. From in-depth technical courses to soft skills development and on-demand training videos, we design, develop, and deliver all content, along with creating digital marketing campaigns to drive attendance.

Join our creative team as a Junior Content Designer and help shape the future of training and enablement materials for leading IT businesses. You’ll collaborate with trainers, media, and project teams to create visually engaging, brand-compliant, and effective content across multiple platforms and formats.

Your key responsibilities include creating, updating, and enhancing training and marketing materials such as PowerPoint decks, PDFs, and other digital assets. You will ensure high-quality, brand-consistent designs while adapting content for different regions, languages, and client needs.

Feladatok

Refine and update training decks (PowerPoint), incorporating new content, performing quality assurance, and applying design enhancements
Create and manage supporting materials for training sessions, including printed and digital assets such as fillable PDFs, worksheets and summary documents
Design and produce digital PDFs and presentations for feedback reports, sales documents, and marketing collateral, often in multiple languages
Maintain and update the projects, incorporating client feedback and customizing content for different regions and languages
Contribute to internal branding initiatives, including presentation templates, email signatures, and brand guideline documents
